CAD Drawings & Visual Planning
Need to see how things will fit before you commit?
If you’re planning to install something like a glamping pod, sauna or decking, we can help you visualise how it’ll all come together. In some cases, we’re able to provide simple CAD drawings or layout previews, so you can get a feel for the space and make sure everything’s going to work.
Perfect if you’re planning a new setup or want to share something with your site or local council.
Available on selected products - just ask if it’s something you’re interested in.
Installation Services
We can help with the heavy lifting.
For certain products - like glamping pods, saunas and some awning kits - we can arrange professional installation through our trusted partners. If you’d prefer to leave the setup to the pros, we’ll get it sorted for you.
We can also talk you through what’s involved, what access is needed, and what to expect on the day.
Installation availability depends on the product and location - feel free to ask us about your area.
Delivery Support
We’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly.
We’ll always give you a clear idea of lead times, and we’ll guide you through anything you might need to do to get ready - like sorting the base, checking access, or making sure the right people are on hand for delivery.
We know this kind of thing can feel a bit daunting, but we’re here to make it simple.
Aftercare & Support
We’re not going to disappear once you’ve paid.
If you’ve got a question after delivery - or something’s not quite right - just let us know. We’ll do everything we can to help, and if we need to speak to the manufacturer on your behalf, we’ll handle that too.
