At CamperNation, we want you to feel completely confident in the products you buy from us — not just on day one, but for years to come. That’s why everything we sell comes with a manufacturer’s warranty as standard, and why we’re always here to help if anything goes wrong.


1. Authorised Dealer

We’re an authorised retailer for every brand we stock. That means all warranties are valid, and your purchase is fully backed by the manufacturer — with proper aftercare and support. No grey imports, no second-hand stock, no shortcuts.


2. What the Warranty Covers

All products come with at least a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering faults in materials or workmanship. In many cases, warranty terms are longer, and some brands offer extended cover if you register your product after purchase.

If you ever need to make a claim, you’ll either deal with the brand directly or come through us (depending on the supplier). Either way, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Please note: warranties don’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear — though some brands may offer parts or repair support outside of warranty at their discretion.


3. Warranty Examples by Brand

Here are a few examples of the warranty terms offered by some of our trusted suppliers:

  • Vango Awnings: 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Caravan awnings also come with an exclusive 5-year warranty on AirBeam® tubes when registered on the Vango website.
  • Camptech Awnings: 12-month warranty as standard. Extend to 2 years by joining the free Camptech Club (registration required). The first year is covered by us, the second year is handled directly by Camptech.
  • Dometic Awnings: 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on awnings and components.
  • EcoFlow Power Stations & Batteries: 2-year warranty as standard, extendable to 5 years with product registration via EcoFlow’s website.
  • Glamping Pods, Decking & Cabins: Typically supplied with a 12-month structural warranty, with some manufacturers offering extended coverage depending on materials used and build type.

5. Need to Make a Claim?

If something’s not right, get in touch with us and we’ll do everything we can to help. We’ll either assist you directly or guide you through contacting the manufacturer — whichever is quicker or more appropriate for your product. In most cases, you’ll need your order details, a brief description of the issue, and some photos to support the claim.
