How long does it take to set up?

Most people have it fully pitched in about 15 minutes. The single-point inflation means one person can handle set up easily, especially with the included pump.

What makes the HydroTech fabric special?

It's got an incredible 10,000mm waterproof rating - that's ten times what's considered fully waterproof. The double coating makes it more durable and nicer to touch than standard awning fabrics.

Which size do I need?

Measure your caravan's awning rail circumference and match it to the size chart above. The Pluto comes in six sizes from 7 to 12, fitting vans from 911cm to 1120cm around.

How does it handle bad weather?

Really well. The Super-Tubes are larger than standard air beams, so they're more stable in wind. Combined with the storm straps and anti-weather system, it's built for year-round use.

Can I leave it up all season?

Yes, it's designed for seasonal pitching. The UV-protected HydroTech fabric and robust construction handle extended use well. Just keep the storm straps on when the weather's rough.

What happens if I get a puncture?

Each beam can be accessed and repaired easily on site - no need to send it away. The system self-seals if there's an issue, and you can fix punctures yourself with a repair kit.

Do I need to buy any extras?

Everything you need comes in the box. The optional extras like annexes and inner tents just add more possibilities if you want them.

Will it fit my motorhome?

The Pluto is designed specifically for caravans. If you've got a motorhome, check out some of our dedicated motorhome awnings instead.

How many doors does it have?

You get four doors - two on the front and one on each side. Each can also be used as a window, so you can arrange your space however works best for your pitch.

What's the warranty like?

You get a full two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including the air beam system.
