What size do I need?
The size you need depends on your caravan's A-measurement. Available in sizes 9-22, we can help you select the right size if you provide your caravan's A-measurement. Just give us a call or drop us a message.
How does the ventilation system work?
You get three types of ventilation: fly screen panels on both sides, plus front panels that can be either partially unzipped or completely removed. This gives you complete control over airflow while maintaining weather protection.
What extra support is included for larger sizes?
Sizes 11-22 come with two extra roof poles, sizes 14-22 include two extra front leg poles, and sizes 20-22 feature two additional roof raiser poles for enhanced stability.
Does it come with everything I need to set it up?
Yes! You get the full frame with GripLock clamps, all necessary poles for your size, curtains, draft skirt, wheel arch cover, pegs, ladder bands, and a storage bag. Storm straps are available as an optional extra for additional security.
What optional extras are available?
Popular extras include storm straps, annexes (both standard and tall), inner tents, roof liners, and the Omnibrite lighting system. We also offer veranda poles, roof rafter poles, and comfort additions like the Regal carpet.
How weather-resistant is it really?
The Climatech SR21 material combined with the steel frame creates an exceptionally robust awning. Users report excellent performance in storms, heavy rain, and strong winds. The material is designed for all-season use.
Can I add sleeping space?
Yes! You can add either a standard or tall annexe, both with optional inner tents. There's also a separate awning inner tent available for flexible sleeping arrangements.
What's the warranty coverage?
The Atlantis DL comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
How easy is it to put up?
While it's possible to erect solo, we recommend two people for easier setup, especially with larger sizes. The GripLock clamps and Uniloc pads make securing and tensioning
Is the frame aluminium or steel?
The standard frame is steel (22/25mm), chosen for maximum stability. However, a lightweight fibre frame is available as an optional extra for touring use.
How does the front panel system work?
Each front panel can be fully zipped out, partially opened for ventilation, or completely closed. This flexibility lets you adapt your living space to different weather conditions or preferences.
