How easy is it really to set up?

Even first-time awning users report straightforward setup thanks to the GripLock clamps and clear instructions. While it's possible solo, we recommend two people for the easiest experience. Many users mention being pleasantly surprised by how simple it is.

What size do I need?

The size depends on your caravan's A-measurement. Available in sizes 4-19, we can help you select the perfect fit - just let us know your caravan's measurements, and we'll guide you to the right size.

Is it suitable for regular touring use?

Absolutely! The Cayman is specifically designed for touring, with its lightweight construction and quick setup features. The combination of SR17 walls and SR18 roof material offers durability without excessive weight.

What optional extras would you recommend?

The most popular extras for touring are: • Fibre frame for reduced weight • Techline secure straps for extra stability • Tall annexe for additional space • Roof liner for improved insulation • Regal carpet for comfort

How does it handle different weather conditions?

While designed primarily for touring rather than seasonal use, the Cayman handles typical British weather well. The SR18 roof material provides excellent protection, and optional storm straps can be added for extra stability in windy conditions.

Can I add sleeping space?

Yes, you can add either the tall annexe with an inner tent or use the separate awning inner tent. These are perfect for creating extra sleeping space when needed.

Is a fibre frame worth the investment?

If you're regularly touring and moving sites, the fibre frame can be a worthwhile investment. It significantly reduces the overall weight while maintaining stability, making setup and transport easier.

How does the ventilation work?

You get three ventilation options: a half mesh panel on one side, a front apex vent that can be opened or closed, and the ability to roll back the front panels. This gives you plenty of control over airflow while maintaining weather protection.
