How long does it really take to set up?
With the single-point inflation system, expect about 15 minutes once you're familiar with it. First-time setup might take a bit longer as you learn the ropes, but it's still much quicker than traditional pole awnings.
Will it fit my caravan?
If your awning rail height measures between 235-255cm from the ground, you're good to go. Not sure how to measure? We've got a handy guide at the top of the page, or just give us a call.
What happens if it gets really windy?
The Climatech SR18 material and robust frame system handle typical British weather with ease. For extra peace of mind in stronger winds, we recommend adding the SL500 Techline Secure Straps.
How does the ventilation actually work?
Each side panel includes half-mesh ventilation sections that you can zip open while keeping the privacy panels in place. Combined with adjustable front panels, you can create anything from a light breeze to full airflow.
Can I add more space when needed?
Yes - the SL915II Inflatable Tall Annex can be added to either side, perfect for extra storage or sleeping space. It inflates just like the main awning, keeping setup simple.
What about maintenance?
Very little needed. Just ensure it's clean and dry before storing, and occasionally check the inflation valve. Clean with warm water and mild soap when needed - no special products required.
Is it really all-season?
The Climatech SR18 material handles everything from summer sun to autumn rain. While it's tough enough for winter, we recommend taking extra care in extreme weather conditions.
